Crish is provided as a lightweight image filter tool intended for personal creative use. The application responds only to actions initiated by the user and does not function as a content platform, storage service, or social space. Use of Crish is optional and entirely user-directed.
By continuing to use the application, you acknowledge that image processing outcomes are generated automatically and may vary depending on input quality, filter selection, and system behavior at the time of use.
Access to Crish is restricted to users who are at least 17 years old. The application is not designed for minors, and individuals under 17 are not permitted to use any part of the service. Where underage use is identified, Crish Team reserves the right to limit or discontinue access without advance notice.
No parental consent mechanisms are provided within the app.
Crish processes images only after you intentionally upload a file and select a visual filter. The app does not browse your device, does not preload images, and does not modify content without a clear request from the user.
Filter effects are applied through automated visual rendering logic. Results are influenced by image composition, lighting, resolution, and selected style parameters, and therefore may not be predictable or repeatable.
All images processed in Crish originate from the user. You are solely responsible for ensuring that images you upload can be lawfully used and modified. This includes respecting copyright, portrait rights, and any applicable privacy obligations.
Crish Team does not review, approve, or validate image ownership and does not intervene in disputes related to user-supplied content.
Filtered images produced by Crish are generated for visual experimentation and aesthetic exploration. Outputs may resemble other generated images or prior filter results and are not guaranteed to be unique.
Differences in personal taste, creative dissatisfaction, or stylistic disagreement with generated images are considered part of normal use and do not indicate malfunction or service failure.
Crish is not intended for professional image editing, commercial publishing, or critical production use. Crish Team is not responsible for losses caused by device issues, external storage failures, or reliance on filtered images for commercial or decision-making purposes.
You choose whether, when, and how to use the app and its results.
The visual filters, processing methods, and overall behavior of Crish may change over time. New filters may be introduced, existing ones adjusted, or certain features removed as the service evolves.
Temporary interruptions or feature changes do not constitute a breach of these terms.
Crish does not claim ownership of the images you upload or the filtered images generated for you. Rights in those materials remain with you, subject to applicable laws and third-party interests.
Crish Team does not control or supervise how generated images are used outside the app.
These terms may be updated as the app develops or as legal requirements change. The version in effect is the one made available within the app or through official distribution channels. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
Crish Team maintains a single official support channel for questions related to app usage, account matters, or these terms. Messages sent to this address are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe during normal business operations.
