Crish is a creative image filtering application operated by Crish Team. The app works by transforming images you choose to upload into visually styled versions using automated rendering logic. This document describes how information is handled during that process and what control you retain while using the app.
Crish is not built as a social platform, identity service, or data aggregation product. Information handling is limited to what is necessary for image transformation to occur.
This Privacy Statement applies to all users of Crish who are 17 years of age or older. Crish does not knowingly engage with or process data from users under 17. If usage by a minor is identified, relevant data may be removed and access to the app may be restricted.
Crish does not operate passively. Information is involved only when you actively choose to upload an image and apply a filter. The app does not scan your photo library, does not access images automatically, and does not process content in the background.
Outside of user-initiated actions, Crish processes only routine technical signals required for the app to function reliably, such as error logs, app version information, device type, and basic interaction events.
Crish does not collect, store, analyze, or infer facial data or biometric identifiers. The app does not perform facial recognition, facial landmark detection, facial geometry measurement, or any form of identity profiling.
When an uploaded image contains a human face, that face is treated as a visual element within the image, not as a subject of analysis. Crish does not identify individuals, does not distinguish users, and does not associate images with personal identity.
Image processing focuses exclusively on visual transformation tasks such as color adjustment, texture rendering, lighting variation, and stylistic filtering. No facial features are extracted, mapped, labeled, or retained.
All image processing occurs in a temporary processing environment used solely to generate the filtered result. Once the transformation is complete, any intermediate data generated during processing is automatically discarded. Crish does not maintain facial data repositories or biometric records.
Original images remain on your device unless you choose otherwise. Filtered images are made available to you within the app or saved locally based on your actions. Crish does not create independent backups of your images and does not retain deleted content.
You remain in full control of whether images are kept, exported, or removed. When content is deleted from the app, it is not retained for secondary use.
Crish only interacts with device functions when such access is directly triggered by the user’s actions. When you choose to upload or capture an image, the app temporarily accesses your photo library or camera for the sole purpose of applying visual filters and generating transformed images. Crish does not scan, monitor, or retrieve images outside the specific content you actively select.
Crish does not rely on continuous background access to device features. If voice input is available, microphone access is limited to text-to-speech input within the app and is activated only when you intentionally use that function. No audio is recorded, stored, or analyzed beyond the immediate conversion process.
Any system-level permission you grant can be withdrawn at any time through your device’s settings. Limiting permissions may reduce certain interactive features, but it will not cause Crish to collect additional data or access unrelated device information.
Information involved in Crish is used strictly to operate the app and deliver filter results. Uploaded images are not used for advertising purposes, user profiling, or behavioral analysis. Crish does not use images or usage data to train marketing systems or build user identity models.
Crish Team does not sell, rent, or trade user data.
Crish may rely on external infrastructure or processing services to support image transformation and app delivery. These services operate only under Crish Team’s instructions and are permitted to process information solely for functional purposes. They are required to follow appropriate confidentiality and security standards.
Reasonable safeguards are applied to protect information during processing. However, no digital system is entirely immune to risk. Users should understand that image processing apps inherently involve temporary data handling and use Crish with that understanding.
This Privacy Statement may be revised as Crish evolves or as legal requirements change. Updated versions take effect from their stated date. Continued use of the app after revisions indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
Crish Team provides a single official channel for privacy-related inquiries, data concerns, and general questions about this policy. Messages are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.
